You will want to use the longest bolts that you can find and ensure that they extend 3 inches above the stem wall to make room for your sill plate and the washer and nut that goes on above it. Pack the concrete in with your spade and then smooth the top of it off with the trowel. The concrete should be chunky heaps as you fill the spaces and not runny. Take your concrete mixture and scoop it into the voids of the wall. ![]() You want your concrete to be a heavy wet batter. Mix your concrete per the instructions on the bag for the proper consistency. This will give you excellent stability for your wall. You will need a rod for every void in the block. You want the rod to be this long so that you can pound it down through your foundation. Step 4 - RebarĬut the 3/8 inch rod for your wall with the bolt cutters 12 inches longer than the height of your wall. Also, the gravel will keep out any growth and roots away from the wall structure. When a lot of fill dirt is required, stem walls level everything out, achieving an even elevation. Once the footer is poured, cement blocks are laid, creating a wall that will rise up to the finished slab elevation. ![]() This is why it’s okay to work with unlevel ground in a stem wall fooundation. This procedure will help in planting the wall and keep it dry. First, a footer is poured at the ground level. Step 3 - Gravelīackfill the bottom row of your wall with gravel on the inside and outside. However, each row above it will be relatively easy. The bottom row is the hardest part of constructing the wall. Use the rubber mallet to pound the blocks into position. If your foundation is a stone or gravel mix, ensure that the foundation is tamped well. Run the bottom row of blocks until they go completely below the grade. You may now begin to lay your blocks at the lowest elevation of your foundation. The outside of the wall will be flush with the lines Step 2 - Lay the Bottom Row of Blocks The masonry lines will be used as guides. Attach the lines to the cross member and when they are where you need them, hammer a nail in and wrap the masonry line around it to hold it in place. Set up the batter boards at the corners and run the masonry lines between them along the perimeter of your wall. ![]()

For each supported document, expenditure reviewers can be used with either header-level workflows or line-level workflows. Each of these workflow types requires that you configure the expenditure reviewers on a separate page that is specific to the feature and module. By default, you can configure expenditure reviewers for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and expense reports. Not all workflows support the concept of expenditure reviewers. In this way, when the ownership or assignment of cost centers changes, you just have to update the Owner field for the financial dimension. Instead, you can configure the owner of the cost center dimension and use an expenditure reviewer to dynamically select the correct user. For example, you don't have to create one conditional decision to check for each cost center dimension, and then create another element to assign the approval or task to a specific user or groups of users. Expenditure reviewers can be assigned to workflow tasks, approvals, and manual decisions.Īlthough expenditure reviewers aren't mandatory, they can help simplify the configuration of your workflow. After you define the expenditure reviewer configurations, you assign the configuration. You can configure the expenditure reviewer values for each legal entity in your organization. You can define one or more expenditure reviewer configurations, and then select a configuration when you create a workflow. Introduction to SQL CROSS JOIN clauseĪ cross join is a join operation that produces the Cartesian product of two or more tables. If you want to learn more about Redshift's CROSS JOIN, you can check out the official documentation here.Summary: this tutorial shows you how to use the SQL CROSS JOIN to make a Cartesian product of the joined tables. Other databases, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, have their own join operations. It's important to note that Redshift's CROSS JOIN is specific to Redshift. It allows you to quickly and easily combine data from multiple sources, making it a great tool for data analysis. Redshift's CROSS JOIN is a powerful tool for joining tables in a database. Additional info about using Redshift's CROSS JOIN The new table will have the same number of columns as the original tables, but the number of rows will be the product of the number of rows in each of the original tables. This query will join the two tables on the specified columns, creating a new table that contains all the data from the original tables. SELECT * FROM table1 CROSS JOIN table2 ON lumn1 = lumn2 AND lumn2 = lumn3 In the second example, we'll join two tables on multiple columns. This query will join the two tables on the specified column, creating a new table that contains all the data from the original tables. In the first example, we'll join two tables on a single column. To illustrate how Redshift's CROSS JOIN works, let's look at a few examples. SELECT * FROM table1 CROSS JOIN table2 ON lumn1 = lumn2 All you need to do is specify the tables you want to join and the columns you want to join them on. ![]() Using Redshift's CROSS JOIN is fairly straightforward. ![]() This creates a new table that contains all the data from the original tables. Though now that I think of it, since Greed was originally with the other homonculi and "father", why is it that he had never come in contact with Barry and the other hollow suit of armor brothers from the 5th laboratory? IIRC the 5th laboratory was connected to their main base of operations underneath Central, and both Envy and Lust were aware of the other 2(/3) armor people who guarded it, and even interacted with them. Also, Al hates being a suit of armor, and Ed is trying to get him out throughout the series, so regardless of who the person is, I just don't think Ed would wish that fate on anyone, so in a sense, he's trying to save Greed both from the mistake of human transmutation, and from having to live life as a suit of armor.Īlso, from when I watched it, Greed and his pals didn't initially come across as trustworthy, so I wouldn't have struck any kind of a deal with them, regardless of the repercussions. I'm not sure if Ed would have been able to, or would have known how to bond Al's soul to the armor had his soul not already have been separated and trapped in the truth, meaning for someone else to do it, they would likely have to open a portal to the truth again through human transmutation, which is not something Ed would be encouraging. I think Ed mainly declined the deal because of what bonding Al to the armor involved, and because they were trying to reverse it.

Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel exude heroism in their sell. Some in distribution circles question, though, whether the DC bad girl has a big enough following to warrant her own movie. It stands to reason that a spinoff would be greenlit, and she was a force behind getting this movie off the ground. What’s baffling here is that Margot Robbie made Suicide Squad fun with Harley Quinn, and arguably a commercial success. While spinoffs in their grosses have traditionally shown to be down in their grosses from the core franchise (i.e., Hobbs & Shaw‘s $60M opening was off 39% from Fate of the Furious’ first weekend, and Fantastic Beasts was off 56% from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2‘s first weekend), for Birds of Prey to be off 75% from Suicide Squad‘s record August debut of $133.6M raises many questions on whether the movie should have been greenlit in the first place. ![]() It’s a brand, and that’s a lot of money to spend, according to finance sources, on a movie that’s intended to be an event film in the offseason. Some will argue that Birds of Prey was never meant to be a big pic like Suicide Squad with its lower-than-DC-budget (around $97M gross, $84M net). This isn’t great for Birds of Prey, even if it miraculously muscles its way past $40M this weekend. At a time when Marvel can slap their name atop any superhero movie and open it to $100M-plus, DC has been trying to rebuild post-Zack Snyder’s Batman v. These decisions need to be thought of long and hard during development. ![]() What is crucial for Warner Bros, and any other major motion picture studio that wants to compete and rival Disney, is that when it comes to brands and IP, you need to protect them and really ensure the proper production and launch apparatuses are in place to guarantee success (I’ll come back to this point). Rivals believe the exits are alright, just not the kind that take you over the top at the box office. And even though the town loves to use tracking as “the dog ate my homework” excuse whenever a film collapses at the box office, they’re not the ones to blame here for Birds of Prey. Despite Birds of Prey in its final days before opening notching an 81% certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, a 4-star PostTrak, and B+ CinemaScore audience exits (same as Suicide Squad and Joker), all of those spurs, which typically work for pics on the big screen, weren’t doing any favors this weekend. The domestic opening is well under the $50M-$55M tracking projection, and under the $45M for which Warner Bros was hoping for, while overseas the forecast was at least $110M. That belongs to the Josh Brolin 2010 western Jonah Hex ($5.3M).
